I very nearly went to see a different car as the sales person at EMG Kia Cambridge that I had emailed with queries had not responded. It was only because we were passing and when we stopped by, James Heslop at EMG Kia Cambridge came over to speak to us about the 2 vehicles we were looking at. Overall he was brilliant. He was very up front about being new to the role when we first visited but he made sure he checked any queries thoroughly. He pitched the follow up calls perfectly ensuring that we kept the momentum going of the sale but not too much to feel like we were being hassled. He is extremely personable and patient.
EMG Kia Cambridge were great because The Sales person (Pedro) was such a nice chap not pushy at all he explained everything about the car had a test drive I felt completely at ease with him.

EMG Kia Cambridge were great because I was looked after and I was told before I went that I wouldn’t be able to take it out for a test drive as the wheels had been sent away for refurbishing they done everything that I asked I was very happy with the service I got from them and the follow up call to make sure everything was ok and I was happy with the car was very good I will definitely recommend them to others and when I eventually come to change the car I will definitely come back to emg

I was happy with the service at EMG Kia Cambridge because the sales agent Ryan Macridge was very professional. He explained all of the purchase options and the extras we could purchase. He found a car that fitted our requirements at another EMG KIA. He arranged delivery to Cambridge for us to review and test drive it.
Ryan called us after we had the car for a few days to check everything was ok and checked if we needed anything explaining.
